Fowl fanciers flocked to Forsyth County, NC this past weekend for one of several national fowl shows.  The local organization, the Forsyth Fowl Fanciers sponsors the “winter show” every year right after Thanksging.  Over 400 individuals exhibited with over 1,500 fowl presented for judging.  An entry fee is required as well as two blood tests to rule out avaian flu and other contagions.

The event was in the “chicken house” at the Dixie Classic Fair grounds in Winston-Salem.
